General Solutions

Most issues can be resolved with these methods:

1. Restart the App

  1. Completely close the app
  2. Wait a moment
  3. Relaunch the app

2. Restart the Device

  1. Turn off the device
  2. Wait 10 seconds
  3. Turn the device back on

3. Update the App

  1. Open Play Store / App Store
  2. Search for WorkCam
  3. Install if update is available

4. Clear Cache

  1. Device Settings > Apps > WorkCam
  2. Storage > Clear Cache

Or WorkCam Settings > Storage > Clear Cache

5. Check Permissions

  1. Device Settings > Apps > WorkCam
  2. Permissions
  3. Allow all required permissions

Report an Issue

If the above methods don't resolve your issue:

  1. Settings > About > Contact Us
  2. Include the following information:
    • App version
    • Device model/OS version
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Steps to reproduce
    • Error messages (if any)
    • Screenshots
