General Solutions¶
Most issues can be resolved with these methods:
1. Restart the App¶
- Completely close the app
- Wait a moment
- Relaunch the app

2. Restart the Device¶
- Turn off the device
- Wait 10 seconds
- Turn the device back on
3. Update the App¶
- Open Play Store / App Store
- Search for WorkCam
- Install if update is available

4. Clear Cache¶
- Device Settings > Apps > WorkCam
- Storage > Clear Cache
Or WorkCam Settings > Storage > Clear Cache

5. Check Permissions¶
- Device Settings > Apps > WorkCam
- Permissions
- Allow all required permissions

- Include the following information:

- Device model/OS version
- Detailed description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce
