Edit Tag¶
This guide explains how to change the name or color of existing tags.
How to Edit¶
Step 1: Open Tag Management Screen¶
- In Gallery, tap Menu (≡)
- Select Tag Management
Step 2: Select Tag to Edit¶
Tap the tag you want to edit.
Or tap the edit icon () next to the tag.
Step 3: Modify Information¶
- Name: Enter new name
- Color: Select different color
Step 4: Save¶
Tap the Save button.
Edit Complete
Changes are immediately applied to all media.
Impact of Editing¶
Media with the Tag Applied¶
Automatic Reflection
When you change a tag name:
- Automatically reflected in all media with that tag
- No need to re-tag existing media
- Displayed with new name in Gallery
Search¶
- Cannot search with the old name
- Must search with the new name
