Add Tag¶
This guide explains how to create a new tag.
How to Add¶
Method 1: From Tag Management Screen¶
Step 1: Open Tag Management Screen¶
- In Gallery, tap Menu (≡)
- Select Tag Management
Step 2: Tap Add Button¶
Tap the + Add button.
Step 3: Enter Tag Information¶
Tag Name:
- Enter a short and clear name
- Examples: "Urgent", "1st Floor", "Leak"
Tag Color (Optional):
- Select a color to distinguish the tag
- Recommend using the same color for tags in the same group
Step 4: Save¶
Tap the Save button.
Method 2: Add Directly from Media¶
You can create and add a new tag while capturing or viewing media.
- In the media detail screen, tap the Tag button
- Tap + New Tag
- Enter the tag name
- Save

This is a commonly used method. You can create tags instantly when needed.
Tips for Tag Names¶
Characteristics of Good Tags¶
Effective Tags
- Short: 1-3 words (for quick selection)
- Clear: Obvious meaning
- Consistent: Same format maintained

Using Colors¶
Using the same color for tags in the same group makes them easier to distinguish.

Recommended Number of Tags¶
Recommended Tag Count
- Tags can be added as needed
- Too many makes management difficult
- Recommend 5-10 per group
- Clean up unused tags
Adding Tags When Capturing¶
You can add tags right after capturing:
- Capture photo
- Tap Add Tag on the save screen
- Select existing tags or create new ones
- Save
