This guide explains how to create and manage tags.
Tag Management Screen¶
How to Access¶
- Tap the Menu (≡) icon in the Gallery screen
- Select Tag Management

- Settings > Tag Management

Organizing tags by groups makes management easier.
Tag Group Examples
Location Tags
- 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor
- Building A, Building B
- Parking Lot, Rooftop
Status Tags
- Urgent, Normal, Low
- In Progress, Completed, On Hold
Type Tags
- Crack, Leak, Damage
- Cleaning, Replacement, Repair
Naming Conventions¶
Tag Naming Rules
- Keep it short: 1-3 words
- Be clear: Make the meaning obvious
- Be consistent: Maintain the same format
Examples:
- Location: "1F", "2F" (number + floor)
- Status: "Urgent", "Complete" (status noun)
Using Tags¶
After creating tags, apply them to media.
