Exporting Media¶

This guide explains how to export WorkCam media to other locations.

What is Export?¶

You can export media stored in WorkCam to other folders on your device or external storage.

How to Export¶

Export Single Media¶

Open media detail screen
Tap More (:)
Select Export or Save
Select save location
Tap Save

Export Multiple Media¶

Start Selection Mode in gallery
Select media to export
Tap More (:)
Select Export
Select save location
Tap Save

Export Locations¶

Device Storage¶

Location	Description
Downloads	Default downloads folder
DCIM	Camera photos folder
Pictures	Pictures folder

Filename Options¶

You can choose the filename format when exporting.

Folder Structure¶

Folder structure options when exporting multiple media:

Usage Examples¶

Example 1: Prepare Photos for Report¶

Select photos needed for report
Export > Select location easy to share with PC
Filename format "Category_Date"
Export

Example 2: Backup¶

Select all or important media
Select external storage (SD card)
Export with folder structure by category

Example 3: Extract Media from Specific Date¶

Apply date filter for specific date
Select all
Export to folder for that date

Important Notes¶

Caution

Export is a copy operation (original preserved)
Large files may take time
Verify sufficient storage space
Check external storage connection status
