App Installation¶
This guide explains how to install Workcam from the Google Play Store.
Installation Methods¶
Method 1: Search Directly on Google Play Store¶
- Open the Google Play Store app on your device
- Enter "Workcam" or "WorkCam" in the search bar
- Select WorkCam - Work/Category/Memo/Voice Recording (Developer: Sia Makerlab) from the search results
- Tap the Install button
- Once installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app
Method 2: Direct Link¶
Click the button below to go directly to the Workcam page on Google Play Store.
Method 3: Scan QR Code¶
Scan the QR code below with your smartphone to go to the Play Store page.
Verify Installation¶
Once installation is complete:
- Find the Workcam icon on your home screen or app drawer
- Tap the app icon to launch it
- If the app runs properly, installation is complete
Troubleshooting Installation Issues¶
"Your device isn't compatible" message appears¶
Compatibility Issue
Workcam requires Android 13 or higher.
To check your device's Android version:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap About phone (or About device)
- Check the Android version
Insufficient storage space¶
Free Up Storage Space
- Delete unnecessary apps
- Clear cache data
- Back up photos/videos to cloud or PC, then delete them
Download not progressing¶
- Check your internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
- Clear the cache of the Play Store app
- Restart your device and try again
