What devices are supported?

Supported Devices

Android: Android 8.0 or higher

iOS: iOS 14.0 or higher

Compatible with most modern smartphones.


How much storage space is needed?

Required Space

  • App Installation: Approximately 100MB
  • Media Storage: Varies by usage

Make sure you have sufficient free space.

  3. Internet connection

Permissions

Why is camera permission needed?

Camera Permission

WorkCam needs camera access to take photos and videos. Without this permission, you cannot use the core features of the app.

Why is location permission needed?

Location Permission

Used to record GPS information in captured media.

  • View capture location on map
  • Organize media by location

Location permission is optional; you can still use the app if denied.

Reset Permissions

  1. Open device Settings app
  2. Go to Apps > WorkCam
  3. Go to Permissions tab
  4. Allow the required permissions

Account

Do I need to create an account?

Account Required

No, you don't need an account for basic features.

You only need a cloud service account when using cloud sync.


Can I transfer data from my old phone?

Data Transfer

Yes, you can transfer data using these methods:

  1. Cloud Sync: Connect with the same cloud account
  2. Backup/Restore: Backup from old phone, restore on new phone
  3. File Copy: Manually copy via PC

What should I set up on first launch?
