Media Management¶
I can't find my photos¶
Finding Photos
Methods to try:
- Use the Search function
- Check if Filters are cleared (view all)
- Select All in category tabs
- Sort by date to check recent captures

Can I recover deleted photos?¶
Deleted Recovery
Unfortunately, deleted media cannot be recovered.
Prevention methods: - Use cloud sync (can restore from cloud) - Always confirm before deleting - Separately backup important media

How do I process multiple photos at once?¶
Batch Processing
- Long press a photo in gallery (selection mode)
- Tap photos to select them
- Use bottom buttons to perform actions:
- Add/remove tags
- Share
- Delete
- Export

Can I change the photo order?¶
Change Sorting
Photo order is determined by sort criteria.
Change in More > Sort: - Capture date - Added date - Filename - File size

Categories/Tags¶
If I delete a category, will the photos be deleted too?¶
Category Deletion
No, photos will not be deleted.
When deleting a category: - Photos in that category move to Uncategorized - Photos themselves remain safe

What happens when I delete a tag?¶
Tag Deletion
Photos will not be deleted.
When deleting a tag: - That tag is removed from all photos - Other tags on photos remain - Photos themselves remain safe

Can I assign multiple categories to one photo?¶
Multiple Categories
No, only one category can be assigned.
If you need multiple classifications, use Tags. Multiple tags can be assigned.

Import/Export¶
Can I import photos from another gallery?¶
Import Photos
Yes, you can.
- Gallery > Menu > Import
- Select photos to import
- Assign category and import
Or select Share > WorkCam from another app

How do I transfer photos to PC?¶
Transfer to PC
Method 1: USB Connection
- Connect device via USB
- Open device in file explorer
- Find and copy WorkCam folder
Method 2: Cloud
- Confirm cloud sync is complete
- Access cloud service on PC
- Download
Is original quality preserved when exporting?¶
Export Quality
Depends on settings.
In Export Options: - Original: Preserves original quality - Compressed: Reduces size (slightly lower quality)

Sharing¶
Is location data shared with photos?¶
Location When Sharing
Depends on settings.
Settings > Privacy > Remove Location When Sharing: - ON: Removes location data before sharing - OFF: Shares with location data included

I can't share large files¶
Large File Sharing
Each app has file size limits.
Solutions: 1. Upload to cloud and share link 2. Compress file before sharing 3. Lower resolution before sharing
