Shooting¶
How can I improve photo quality?¶
Quality Improvement
Check these settings:
- Settings > Camera > Resolution - Set to maximum
- Settings > Camera > Quality - Set to highest
- Avoid camera shake while shooting
- Ensure adequate lighting
When should I use HDR mode?¶
When to Use HDR
HDR is effective in these situations:
- When there are both bright and dark areas
- Backlit situations
- Landscape photography
HDR takes longer to process, so it's not suitable for moving subjects.
How do I use night mode?¶
Night Mode
- Select Night in shooting mode
- Hold the device steadily
- Tap the shutter button
- Wait until capture completes (don't move)
How do I set the self-timer?¶
Timer
- Tap the Timer icon on the camera screen
- Select duration (3s, 5s, 10s)
- Tap the shutter button
- Photo will be taken after countdown
Flash is not working¶
Flash Issues
Check the following:
- Make sure flash is not set to OFF
- Test flash (flashlight) in another app
- Restart device
- If problem persists, it may be a hardware issue
Video¶
What is the maximum recording time?¶
Recording Time
There is no limit as long as storage space allows.
However, large videos can be difficult to process and share, so splitting long recordings into multiple clips is recommended.
Video file size is too large¶
Video Size
To reduce file size:
- Settings > Camera > Video Resolution - Select 1080p or 720p
- Reduce recording duration
- Use compression option when exporting
Can I take photos while recording video?¶
Simultaneous Capture
This depends on your device.
If supported, a Capture button will appear during recording.
GPS/Location¶
Location is not being recorded in photos¶
GPS Not Recording
Check the following:
- Location permission is allowed
- Device location services (GPS) is turned on
- Settings > Camera > Auto GPS Recording is ON
- GPS may not work well indoors or underground
Can I add location later?¶
Add Location
Yes, you can.
- Open media detail screen
- Edit > Add Location
- Select location on map

Scanning¶
Document scan quality is poor¶
Scan Quality
Tips for better quality:
- Ensure adequate lighting
- Flatten the document
- Position to avoid shadows
- Keep camera perpendicular to document
- Check/adjust auto-detected borders
QR code is not being recognized¶
QR Recognition Failure
Check the following:
- QR code is clean and undamaged
- Adequate lighting
- Appropriate distance (not too close or far)
- QR code is centered on screen
- Camera lens is clean
