Sync Methods

Upload Sync

Uploads media to the cloud.

• Captured media is saved to cloud
• Changes in cloud are not reflected on device

Two-way Sync

Two-way sync between device and cloud:

• Added on device → Added to cloud
• Deleted in cloud → Deleted on device

Selective Sync

You can select sync targets in settings:

• Sync only specific categories
• Sync only media with specific tags
• Sync only photos or only videos

Cloud Folder Structure

WorkCam saves to cloud in the following structure:

• WorkCam folder is created at top level
• Category-based subfolders
• Date-based additional sorting (optional)

Sync Timing

Auto Sync

Syncs automatically based on settings:

Timing	Description
Immediately	Upload right after capture
Wi-Fi only	Upload only when Wi-Fi connected
Charging	Upload only while charging
Scheduled	Upload at specified times

Manual Sync

Sync manually anytime:

1. Gallery > Menu (≡)
2. Select Sync Now

Capacity Management

Storage Management

• Check cloud capacity regularly
• Clean up unnecessary media
• Videos are large - consider selective sync
• Upgrade to paid plan if needed

Data Encryption

• Data in transit: SSL/TLS encryption
• Cloud storage: Each service's encryption policy

Access Permissions

Permissions WorkCam requests:

Permission	Purpose
Read files	Check cloud files
Write files	Upload media
Create folders	Create WorkCam folder

Minimal Permissions

WorkCam only requests minimal necessary permissions. It does not access other folders or files.

Offline Mode

When there's no internet connection:

1. Media is saved locally
2. Added to queue
3. Auto uploads when connection is restored
