Learn how to check and manage sync status.


Checking Sync Status

Status Icons

You can check the sync status of each media item via icons in the gallery.

Icon Status Description
Synced Upload to cloud complete
Pending Waiting for upload
Syncing Upload in progress
Not Synced Not synced
Error Sync failed

Status Screen

Check overall sync status:

  1. Settings > Cloud
  2. Tap Sync Status

A notification is displayed during sync progress.

Background Sync

Sync continues in the background even if you close the app.

Check progress in the status bar:

Queue Management

Check Queue

Check media waiting to upload:

  1. Settings > Cloud > Sync Status
  2. Pending tab

Change Priority

Upload specific media first:

  1. Select media in queue
  2. Tap Priority Upload

Remove from Queue

Exclude specific media from sync:

  1. Select media in queue
  2. Tap Exclude from Sync

Failed Syncs

Check Failed Items

  1. Sync Status > Failed tab
  2. Check list of failed media

Failure Reasons

Reason Description
Network Error Internet connection issue
Storage Full Cloud storage space full
Permission Error Cloud access permission issue
File Error File corrupted or inaccessible

Retry

Retry failed items:

  1. Select item from failed list
  2. Tap Retry

Or Retry All for all items

Sync History

Check History

Check recent sync history:

  1. Settings > Cloud > Sync History
  2. Check sync records by date

Check Usage

  1. Settings > Cloud
  2. Tap connected service
  3. Check Storage

When Storage is Full

Storage Full

When cloud storage is full:

  • Sync will stop
  • Delete unnecessary files in cloud
  • Or upgrade storage capacity

Manual Sync

Sync Now

Sync immediately regardless of conditions:

  1. Gallery > Menu (≡)
  2. Tap Sync Now
