Learn how to connect Microsoft OneDrive with WorkCam.
What is OneDrive?¶
A cloud storage service provided by Microsoft.

How to Connect¶
Step 1: Add Service¶
- Settings > Cloud
- Tap + Add Service
- Select OneDrive

Step 2: Microsoft Login¶
- Microsoft login screen is displayed
- Enter Microsoft account email
- Enter password
- Two-factor authentication (if enabled)


Step 3: Approve Permissions¶
WorkCam wants to access your account
Permissions this app requests:
✓ Read and write files
✓ Maintain offline access
[Cancel] [Accept]
Tap Accept.

Step 4: Complete¶
Connection Complete
OneDrive has been connected!

Personal Account¶
- @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, etc.
- Uses personal OneDrive

Work/School Account¶
- Account provided by organization
- Organization IT policies apply
- May require admin approval

When using work/school accounts, IT admin approval may be required for app access.

- Go to onedrive.com
- Open WorkCam folder
- Check uploaded media

Troubleshooting¶
Login Loop¶
When Microsoft login keeps repeating:
- Log in at outlook.com in browser
- Retry in WorkCam

Work Account Error¶
"Admin approval required" message:
- Request WorkCam app approval from IT admin
- Or use personal account
