How to Connect

Step 1: Add Service

1. Settings > Cloud
2. Tap + Add Service
3. Select Google Drive

Step 2: Google Login

1. Google login screen is displayed
2. Enter Google account email
3. Enter password
4. Two-factor authentication (if enabled)

Step 3: Approve Permissions

Approve the permissions requested by WorkCam.

WorkCam wants to access your Google account

✓ View, edit, create, and delete Google Drive files

       [Cancel]    [Allow]

Tap Allow.

Step 4: Complete

Connection Complete

Google Drive has been connected!

Storage Folder

Save location within Google Drive:

Custom	Select your preferred folder

Folder Structure

Option	Description
By Category	Create folders by category name
By Date	Create folders in YYYY-MM-DD format
Category+Date	Nested category/date structure

• Available with just a Google account
• Integrated with Gmail, Google Photos

Considerations

• 15GB shared with Gmail, Google Photos
• May run out of space if many high-quality photos in Google Photos

Storage Management

Check Storage

1. Go to drive.google.com
2. Check Storage at bottom left

Or in WorkCam: 1. Settings > Cloud > Google Drive 2. Check Storage

Free Up Space

• Empty trash
• Delete large files
• Clean up Gmail attachments
• Organize Google Photos

Check on Web

Google Drive Web

1. Go to drive.google.com
2. Open WorkCam folder
3. Check uploaded media

Sharing

You can share folders/files from Google Drive:

1. Right-click file/folder
2. Select Share
3. Set sharing target

Troubleshooting

Cannot Login

• Verify Google account password
• Check two-factor authentication
• Test direct login at accounts.google.com

---

Storage Full

• Google Drive, Gmail, Google Photos share 15GB
• Delete unnecessary files or upgrade storage

---

Permission Error

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Check WorkCam app
3. Revoke permissions and reconnect in WorkCam
