How to Connect¶
Step 1: Add Service¶
- Settings > Cloud
- Tap + Add Service
- Select Box
Step 2: Box Login¶
- Box login screen is displayed
- Enter email and password
- Or use SSO (Single Sign-On)
Step 3: Approve Permissions¶
WorkCam wants to access your Box account
Requested permissions:
✓ Read and write files and folders
✓ Download files
[Deny] [Grant Access]
Tap Grant Access.
Step 4: Complete¶
Connection Complete
Box has been connected!

File Size Limit¶
Free plan has 250MB per file limit:
- Cannot upload large videos
- Upgrade to paid plan or use different service
SSO Login¶
When using company SSO:
- Start with company email
- Redirected to company login page
- Connect after company authentication
